Product Overview

The Samsung Freestanding Range with a large 5.9 cu. ft. capacity oven can easily accommodate a big roast, multiple casserole dishes or several racks of cookies. It also has a powerful and flexible cooktop with five heating elements, including two dual elements, to provide an element that accommodates multiple pan sizes, whether you're boiling water, melting chocolate, or simmering sauce. The self cleaning setting has 3 different options, depending on your cleaning needs.

The problem with Samsung stove
Everything was going fine until I started receiving it SE code which means the touch board has gone out. Samsung is supposed to be a top of the line electronic company. If I can give anyone a lesson that would be to stick with companies that have been doing it for over 100 years

    My stove is 7 months old and the bottom of the oven enamel finish is scratched in a circle just like another comment in the feedback. It seems to be a common problem with this model and it will be the last time I will purchase a Samsung product. Buyer Beware!!! See attached photos.

      Marks in bottom of oven
      There is something wrong with this product. We bought it in December 2020 and it was delivered in February 2021. I rarely use the oven. After the last time I used it, I noticed these marks in the bottom. Something is definitely wrong. Nothing has ever touched the bottom of this oven and you can tell that the marks are almost shaped like the element. I called Samsung to report the issue. They had me take pictures, ask if there was anyway I could have done this and then said they would forward my information to someone who would tell me if it was cosmetic and would call me back. No one has called me and of course it is cosmetic. But the cosmetic damage was not caused by any person, something is wrong. I know this because I am the only one who has used this oven. I have attached pictures. It appears to me that I am going to be forced to go buy another range and it will never be another Samsung product due to the customer service on a product that is obviously malfunctioning and only 3 months old.

        Beware, known issues
        Barely 2 years old and got the infamous 'flickering LED display' issue. Ok, ordered and installed new LED display. (80 bucks for a 2 dollar piece of plastic). Powered back up, no more flicker...now have error code C-F2. This code cannot be cleared or re-sent; it signifies a communication issue between controls and motherboard. Just ordered a $100 board replacement, we'll see if that works. $180 in parts for a 2 year old range? Not even close to good enough. These are known issues by Samsung, but they just don't care.

          Buy anything that’s not Samsung
          I should have read the reviews before purchasing this Samsung range this January. This range. The price was very reasonable and was really the determinating factor but it is not even a month old and I had problems the very first time I cooked. It will not come clean and leaves bubble marks and scratches. Customer service is impossible they came out to look at it and the service technician told me he never seen one this bad in only two weeks, that it would be either replaced or repaired they would call me in two days. I had to call them and it was determined by the pictures that it was not covered under warranty because of “ physical damage”. I could care less about the scratches they cannot tell me why it does not come off 100% when you use cerama brute and leaves bubbles/ scratches and residue. The stove I had before this was a GE speckled top and I should have known better than to get a “true top” especially from a brand that I don’t know and will never buy from again. Next time I will put it towards GE, Whirloool or Maytag.! If I can give it only half a star I would. Customer service is a night mare!

            "I like the rave you got going on here"
            The quote of this review says it all. If you like flickering LEDs/displays on products that you spend a great deal of cash on, be my guest - else, look elsewhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. Samsung of course wants to charge you to fix the well documented problem... No thanks. SERIOUSLY. Google "samsung NE95N6630 flickering". Wish I could return it. Won't buy appliances like this again.

              Buyer beware of oven design
              Be aware that if the Samsung NE59 model you are considering has an oven heating element only at the top of the oven this oven does not function well for all baking. I just baked a pumpkin pie that is perfect, for the custard and the top of the crust. The bottom crust is raw. The distribution of heat from a top-only element is non-existent in this oven. As well, pre-heating takes an excessive amount of time for the oven to reach the needed temperature, as in one hour to fully reach 350 degrees. After the first sheet of cookies with this thorough pre-heating, the oven temp will drop and the second sheet is no longer in a 350 oven because the door was opened twice. Your work around is to wait at least 10 minutes between sheets. Neither time nor energy efficient. Maybe a convection feature would mitigate the disaster of trying to bake with a top-only oven element. This review is for a 2019 model freestanding NE59M4310SS/AA

                Buyer beware
                well if i could give less than 1 star i would. i've had my stove for 2 months and the paint on the interior is splittering. i've waited for 2 weeks to have someone come to my house and say yes it needs to be replaced. someone from samsung would call me in 2 days. no one did. i had to call. now i am waiting for someone to call me back. my wait time is 4.25 hours. will this end?
