AnswerHey there, DSM. For light cleaning, the Steam-cleaning function saves time and energy. For heavier duty cleaning, use the self-cleaning function. To use steam clean, follow these instructions: 1. Remove all accessories from the oven. 2. Pour approximately 10 oz. (300 ml) of water onto the bottom of the empty oven and close the oven door. Use normal water only, not distilled water. 3. Press Steam Clean. 4. Press START/SET. When the operation is complete, the display will blink and a beep will sound. 5. Press OFF/CLEAR. 6. Clean the oven’s interior. There will be a significant amount of water remaining on the bottom of the oven after a steam-cleaning cycle. Remove the residual water with a sponge or soft dry cloth. ^Lo

You have to buy homedepot $25 electric cord. A 3 prong or 4 prong. If you dont it voids the warranty.

We have ways to getting around. I sure you already take the appropriate steps to keep your unit clean. However, you can also use Knob covers to help protect your unit. The range works good. The top co tools do get in the way of tall pots when used on the back burners. Black stainless on this is much lighter and bluer than the Samsung fridge I bought as well. The colors aren't just slightly off but pretty far off I can't deal with it. No returns on Appliances unless defective so I'm stuck with non matching Appliances.

I had a working electric range, but had the kitchen re-done and thought an update on the range would be nice. This electric range is beautiful. In a kitchen with all stainless appliances..this one stands out because the entire unit is stainless except for glass top and glass. It looks stunning. The feature that I have grown to love is the Air Fryer. Wings...cheese sticks...french fries...all cook beautifully...so that NOW...I don't have to pull out the heavy countertop appliance just to air fry. They have a fast boil feature on the smaller burners...and it does operate as advertised.
The only complaint I have is that I cannot seem to figure out where "Simmer" is on the settings for the burners. It looks as if "Low" is the minimal setting...but if you are simmering something...it will start to bubble instead of simmer. I think that is just me getting used to the settings. All in all...this is a beautiful and feature filled range...and should compliment ANY kitchen.

I love my new Samsung air fryer/convection stove! The smoothe top burners heat up very quickly and cool down in minutes. The fifth burner is for warming. There’s level 1 and 2 but don’t expect it to do too much, you can barely feel the heat from it. Try not to move your pots and pans on the cooking element too much because it will scar. The oven comes with a metal basket for air frying or convection. It heats quick and it air fry’s evenly. I’m really impressed. This is a must buy!
