Wanted to give a 5 but
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this beautiful oven but didn’t find internal damage “crushed internal frame” until it was installed on day 16. When we called the day after New Year’s Day, we found out that there is a hard 15 day return policy. Tried to fight it to no avail. Now we are stuck with a damaged oven in our new kitchen. The drawer and door are out of alignment and can’t be repaired due to the crushed and wrinkled frame.

Gas range with everything!
Bought the Samsung Bespoke gas range for my wife and she loves it. Knobs light up when burner is on! This is a great feature! Wi-Fi capabilities and temperature probe for monitoring food while outside working in yard. This thing has everything and cooks the food perfectly.

I Love This Range!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I would have bought this range a long time ago! I went from a cook top and wall oven to this fantastic slide in range! I bought it to match my Bespoke Navy glass refrigerator, which I also love. The different burners are great. The high power burner works great to bring a pot of water to a quick boil to make your pasta and the simmer burner until is also fantastic and slowly heats your sauces without them boiling over. I especially like the center oval burner. I use it to cook my bacon and eggs on my Lodge square griddle, it cooks the bacon perfectly.
I have used the oven to cook my pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving, some pumpkin muffins, brownies and a few cheesecakes. Everything comes out great. I used the oven probe to cook a large meatball and it cooked it just the way I like it. I just used the self cleaning feature for the oven, I had some of the pumpkin from the pies spill over and burned onto the bottom of the oven and it did not disappoint.
The removable grates and burners on the stove top makes cleaning a breeze!
I could not be more happy with this range and highly recommend this fantastic range, plus it looks great too!

Feature packed
We went from a cheap range to this one during our kitchen remodel. I have 6 months of use under my belt and I never knew how much a feature packed range could change my life. The appliance itself is stunning. The 18k btu burner is insane, although it’s really hard to simmer on. Love the no preheat air fry option. It’s so easy to set up the oven through the app and start your cooking project with a touch of the button. My favorite feature is the blue LED burner on indicator

Cheap build, poor warantee, serious problems
Oven damaged by cleaning cycle, warantee useless, programming not user friendly, burners hard to adjust. Never expected oven to be seriously damaged by cleaning cycle but porcelain on bottom was destroyed first try. Never seen anything like it. The porcelain just disintegrated and it was clear this is a known problem. Low quality and now the bottom is a big mess that will soon rust through making a major hazard. Ever try to use the part service? This time there was no parts diagram and search came up with 40 parts with almost no descriptions, no pictures, no way to know if you are ordering the right part. For the burners they have little areas of adjustment and about 80% of turning does nothing. You have to watch the flame, find the area of adjustment and be very careful in the tiny area to adjust. On to programming. Not intuitive and does strange things. barely touch it and oven appears to turn on, but it is not on and hard to stop. When actually turning oven on it is a multi step process. The only indication the oven is on is the temp display so making a mistake turning on the oven and find out it is cold a while later.
