Samsung burner problems
Received this 3 days ago and have accidentally turned the burners on twice. It is too easy to turn the knobs, we are lucky we don’t have children.
Samsung is aware of the problem. A service person mentioned that a customer had started a fire in the kitchen.
Service department told me to look for 3rd party protection knobs.

Lousy appliance
I have had this stove only 2 months. But the smooth top is too fragile. We have taken great care in cleaning it, and yet it still has scratches and stains on the surface that do not disappear. It is very disappointing to have to spend so much money on a stove and have these problems so quickly, it is a practically new stove and the countertop looks horrible, it is not fair that for the price we pay we get this type of appliance!

I love my Samsung range with Air Fryer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my oven. It has been long enough that I have used it for many of the things it does. I even used the bread proofing feature. We love the air fryer feature the most and this particular one came with the basket so that was a plus. You can add it to your Smart things wifi and get notified that oven is pre-heated. It even shows up on my Samsung TV. The rapid boil feature is great, so it the warming area on top. The one thing this lacks that my Frigidaire Gallery drop in model (that was in our old house) lacks is the warming drawer. I would love if this feature could be added to what I have.

Extremely Loud
The oven cooling fan runs anytime the oven is on. This fan is very loud, my sound meter tool measured 68dBA at working distance and 75dBA right at the fan outlet. Wish you could turn this infuriating fan off!

Not a good appliance
After just 3 months of use the inside of the oven is peeling off and the Samsung representative says is a "cosmetic " issue and is not cover under warranty.
The burners are not longer working and the bottom drawer is not able to open.
They sacn us with $1050 was on-sale back in November 2022 and nothing they can do for us.
First time buying Samsung and let me tell you this so disappointing and not worth the money 😒

Very nice looking appliances

Danger !! turns on too easily!!!!!
I was having my kitchen re-done and wasn't planning on replacing my stove but it got damaged by workers. It was supposedly the last day of the Black Friday sales (2022) and my contractor found this range at what seemed like a good price. Usually, I would research before I buy but - last day of the sale, etc. When the cabinet guy bumped into the range and accidentally turned the cooktop on with his butt, it was amusing; when the wallpaper guy had to pull the range back out to get behind it and accidentally turned it on pulling it forward, it was understandable; when I adopted a dog and the first day she was in my house, she turned the cooktop on, that was scary and I started looking around and found that this was a known problem to Samsung and they refuse to fix it. I pulled all the dials off the front of the range and only put them on if I am standing right there. Also, the cooktop is very smooth but seems to mark up very easily. I've only had it a few months and the top is showing wear.
