[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so far i am in love with the range i have the gas range, duo oven and yes this is a very useful whennyou baking you can only open half of the door and you loose no that much heat. *the burners are different size the 2 at from are wide for big pots *the oven setting are multiple like roast, air fryer, dehydratedd, convencional oven and more. *child lock oven and lot more is easy to clean can be confused the seating so turn dial left for oven setting and right for stove setting like time and wifi setting so far i love it

bought this range for thanksgiving and it started glitching in les than 3 weeks since newly installed. sensor screen isnt as responsive as when was new and one of the blue o ring backlight on the stovetop knob isnt working anymore. on top of that, serial number plate is either missing or hard to find (need to remove the range)

I love that I can use my Google assistant to preheat and also change settings without even being near the range. It has a self clean option which I've already taken advantage of that works great. I'm very thankful for being able to cook two different things, at different temperatures all at the same time using the split oven. I really enjoy cooking with it and I haven't had any problems with the range at all. It is very high end and has updated the look of my kitchen drastically! You will love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for the best possible electric range, this has to be high on your list of choices. It isn't cheap, but there is basically no feature it is missing: Double oven (and both have convection which isn't that common in doubles), air fryer, dehydrator, SmartThings integration, etc. If you need a feature, it probably has it, and it looks really good as well. I was very concerned that it wouldn't fit, but Samsung's dimensions are on the safe side. If you have around 29 7/8", it should fit. The stove-top can get a skillet to 375 degrees in less than 90 seconds based on my temp gun. That's crazy fast. The knobs are somewhat confusing at first since different burners go different ways, but you get used to it. I thought the air fryer would be a gimmick, but foods definitely come out crunchier and crisper than the oven alone. Heat seems even within the oven with quick preheat, and the temperature probe that can be inserted into a roast is a nice touch. Also, I like it can switch to "Keep Warm" after the cook time is done. Of course, there are some downsides, but they are fairly minor: The biggest one is probably that the knobs are not disabled when the child lock feature is engaged, and this seems like a silly oversight. The knobs glow this pretty blue when turned on, so they are eye-catching to our toddler who likes to turn them. If you have a curious child, be very careful or you could start a fire if you leave something on top of a burner. I wish the feature disabled the knobs as well as locking the oven door. This will matter significantly more to those who have small children than those who do not. Additionally, it's really frustrating that the Smart Control feature disables every time you open the oven door or after a scheduled timeout. I understand why Samsung did this--it is a huge liability if someone turns on the oven from their phone without checking on it--but it makes it so you have to plan your meals ahead of time. You can't just say "Oh, let me preheat the oven from my phone before I leave work." You need to enable the feature before you leave for work in the morning. Still, if you plan ahead, it is nice. Finally, a lot of the modes do not work if you have the Smart Divider in the oven. I expected this, but it would be nice if I could air fry in one while baking in another. Still, the downsides are minor, and if you are looking for an electric range that checks all the boxes, this will do nicely. Recommended.

So far I have mostly used the top half-oven option with the easy glide out rack for broiling and convection baking. Using less energy and heat the top oven reaches its temperature so quickly and efficiently! The fast boil on the range top boiled water in just over a minute, simply amazing. I have also taken advantage of the Wifi connectivity to monitor the time and temp while baking a cake, turning off the oven remotely when done---if only we could now add live video to the oven! Ha ha. I have no negative feedback yet other than it would have been so cheap and easy to add a computer chip which saves all your oven settings so that when power goes out you don't have to reset everything all over again like a microwave. I have not yet figured out of the clock can remain illuminated as it constantly goes dark until you touch the screen to activate the display. It has a sleek modern look and the functions are very user friendly considering the multi-options offered. The stove top is 4 burners and a warming center - the front burners have multiple sizes to fit all you pots/pan sizes and some burners offer a quick boil. The oven is a dual door oven and is a convection oven and has an air fry option. When baking in both ovens at the same time, there is no transfer of smell from one meal to the other and both ovens held their heat individually. One of my favorite features is that it has the option of having both ovens turn off after cook time is completed - oh and when the oven has preheated it plays a cute melody. This is a smart appliance and has the ability to connect to your smart phone and other smart devices that you own, allowing convenient access. I give this appliance a 5 star rating and highly recommend it to others.

We replaced an old electric range with the Duo and absolutely love it. The range heats up a lot faster and the air fry option is amazing. It doesn't come with a power cord so make sure you save your old one. Definitely recommend.

The app for it is so easy to use and I love being able to continue what I am doing and monitor the oven. We recently remodeled our kitchen and love the way the stove/ oven ended up looking in our kitchen. It really updated it and made it look so classy. My favorite feature the bread feature on the oven. I am a huge bread maker and we like to keep our home cold so finding a warm spot in our home can be hard but with this oven having a bread feature it makes bread rising an easy process. The air fryer feature has saved me so much time with cooking and has made my teenage kids enjoy cooking more too. It heats up super fast and cooks super fast. It has boosted my teenagers creativity in cooking as they are more eager to try more recipes now.
