HORRIBLE QUALITY AND WARRANTY
Poor quality of an expensive range, the motherboard burned out after four years of light use and Samsung did not live up to the warranty. Oven temperature seem off, does not bake well. Save yourself some headache and buy a reputable brand. I also had problem with my Samsung side by side refrigerator which had a faulty switch after one year and died after six years.

Sleek Samsung

stovetop scratches
We have only used our stove for about 6 months and the entire stovetop is scratched. We even bought nonscratch/flat bottom pans before using our new stove. Would not recommend unless you're ok with having a scratched stove from day one.

Diles are too sensitive, turn on to easily
I like the looks of the oven and it cooks well. But it’s hard to figure out the controls on the front screen as far as no clear direction on how to change from Fahrenheit to Celsius or how to turn the clock upper down. And I wish there was a way to turn the Diles off in case you bump them

Cook top looks awful after 6 months
Cook top is cheap and looks damaged after six months. Cracked after 8 months. No service provider within 100 miles and will not honor warrantee.

Very nice and smart electric range!

I like the wifi function that helps me check if the range is off/on and I can preheat the oven with my phone! I found myself using the wifi function more than I thought!
