Very poor Samsung customer technical support
The microwave stopped working a couple of months after the 1-year warranty expired. Samsung sold me a service manual which is poorly written and has technical errors. Samsungs will not provide any technical support and I am not going to pay for service when I can fix it myself. Thanks for nothing Samsung.

Too expensive to not work
Bake does not work even after temperature adjust. Bought this, finally came in and it's been 2 months since we installed so we are used to what it is supposed to do. It doesn't get to temperature.

Glass Turntable Broke Twice
for the second time in two years, the factory installed turntable in the microwave/convection combination wall oven broke when operating in convection mode. the text etched into the factory installed glass turntable reads "for microwave oven only"....why would samsung install a turntable intended for microwave use only in a unit that includes both microwave and convection oven capabilities? am i really expected to remove the glass turntable every time i want to use the convection oven feature? very poor design choice by samsung. combine this with the regular system reboots for no reason, and this unit is not as great as i would have hoped. would be great if samsung could replace my turntable with something that will not break when using in convection mode.

Nothing
do not buy this oven. this combo must be old.the microwave often smokes when i try to cook on convection. no self-cleaning. the racks have to be removed to self clean. they are not truly stainless. it is like pained an. that is why you have to remove them. cleaning left white stains on the bottom, and there is a streak of grease in the middle of the oven window, between the double panes. no way to clean. the "supposed" divider to split does not work properly. if i had been able to see this oven in action, i never would have made the purchase.

Fantastic Oven and Microwave!

Amazing Wall Oven Combination!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently had the Samsung Microwave Combination Wall Oven installed to replace our aging unit. Delivery and installation by XPO went smoothly and flawlessly. The technological advances from our last oven are great. We are still learning all the neat features that it offers, but right away we could see how our lives were about to change.
The microwave has a large capacity, and is easy to use and program. There are sensor settings that automatically cook the selected items to completion. There are speed broil and convection settings as well, that add an additional space for cooking those large meals when the oven is in use.
The oven is also very spacious, and offers 6 rack positions. One of the included racks is a gliding rack which makes it easy to insert and remove large or heavy items. There is also a divider, which when placed in the center rack position, creates two separate temperature zones, allowing more capacity for baking. When in use, the entire unit allows 3 different zones for baking / broiling.
The display is large and user friendly. Multiple options are presented based on the mode selected by the larger controls for each space. The oven easily connects to the Samsung SmartThings app, and we can monitor the progress of our meals, and can also remotely start / stop and change temperature.
We absolutely love all the features and the ease of use of our new combination wall oven / microwave. Samsung has hit it out the park with this one!

Great Combo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This combo oven microwave is awesome. Having the flex setup in the oven makes meal time easier when cooking items at different Temps. Made dinner time come faster. I haven't tried all the features yet but imagine this is great.
The microwave actually cooks our food rather than the dish the food is in or on like our old unit. This has cut down on our cooking times. Just like the oven dinner time is a better experience and comes sooner now.
The wifi feature is nice but still could use some work. But being able to operate the over remotely to preheat the oven is nice and being able to see status when I'm away from the oven like upstairs is a very convenient feature.
I have had numerous brands in the past and this Samsung unit is by far the best I've had to date. It actually cooks my food the way we want and in less time.

Love love love!! But...
Love it but..... Microwave turnplate is NOT COMPATIBLE with convection mode. It shattered in big pieces. Use non stick coated turntable (for conviction) for convection mode. It was covered with warranty but, Warranty registration was painful as well. (3phone calls with 30+min wait time 2 emails)

Mind blowing

The ability to cook three different things and three different temperatures on three different settings at the same time is mind blowing! It cuts your cooking time in less than half. We LOVE to entertain and with this oven cooking for 20 is a breeze. I would recommend this oven to anyone who entertains alot, or simply loves cooking. I have never been more excited. The top section can be used as a microwave, or and oven simply by changing the tray. And the bottom portion can be used as one large oven or two smaller ovens by placing the smart separator all sections have all of the functions. This really is the best oven I have ever seen. The built in wifi is so wonderful.
