Q:I have EXACTLY 66 1/2" from floor to bottom of cabinet. Cabinet is only 12" wide. Will this fridge fit into the space I have? I am not concerned about the width, plenty of room that way, just height.

A:  Hi. It is 66 and 1/2 exactly. I too had no room to maneuver in height. It should fit perfectly. And your going to love it! It’s definitely a gem.

    A:  This unit is 66 3/4” tall to the top of the door hinges in the front of the unit. But, if the cabinet it fits under is only 12” deep, and you don’t store anything on top of the refrigerator, you should be fine.

              A:  No, unfortunately they don’t. They do come with an ice maker, which takes up a chunk of freezer space and has been problematic from the start for many. I opted out of this as I don’t drink tap water or use ice. Otherwise this is a wonderful unit.

                        Poor design
                        I rent a condo and this fridge is 4 yers old. We’ve had constant ice maker issues and temperature issues in freezer. Typically there are only ice pieces made and are frozen into a block at the bottom of the ice bucket. Ice making is painfully slow when it works. I’ve hade to replace the spring loaded French door separator twice

                          Other than having to wait for delivery being over 6...
                          Other than having to wait for delivery being over 6 months & being told by Samsung that this size frig was no longer in production we got it. It’s located at our seasonal cottage which we had to close for the season but it was working great prior to that. Hoping it is still great when we open back up in the Spring!

                            Not reliable
                            Do not buy. Door bins break after a few months with normal usage. Search online for replacement bins and you’ll quickly learn that this is a common issue, and they cost $98 each to replace. So far 4 of 6 door bins broke and the door latch broke off too.

                                Condensation, peeling paint, died at 8 yrs
                                I purchased a previous version, 203707201 in 2013. Died 2021. It always had an issue with condensation. It would get a lot of water under the fridge crisper drawers and they would freeze shut, so I removed them when it was less than a year old. Paint peeled off the handles where you grabbed them. This week it just stopped working. I expected it to last at least 10 years. I’d like another because it fits in my space but I’m hesitant.

                                    A Year in Review - Not Impressed
                                    I waited a whole year to leave a review for this refrigerator just to see how it held up. Overall, I must say, it looks nice. However, for the price I paid I would not expect as many issues as I have had. The refrigerator does a good job at keeping food cold and the ice maker is great to have. The quality of the parts are lacking though. The print above the crisper drawer has smudged and the railing holding the crisper drawers/shelf has cracked, thus rendering the entire middle of the fridge useless until it can be repaired. The only thing we ever had on that side of the fridge was some cartons of eggs, nothing at all heavy. I can't say that I recommend any Samsung products, nor will I be purchasing any in the future. Kind of disappointed here.

                                      I gave this fridge a week before writing a review. I had an old 23 cu. ft. Kenmore which over the years fell apart (door catches, drawer tracks, etc). My options were limited as my space for it is only 68" high. Most fridges today in this height range are only 18 cu. ft., and I didnt want to go from a 23 cu. ft. to an 18 cu ft.. This Samsung 21.8 seemed to fit the bill. I was worried about Samsung quality given all the negative reviews, so I opted for the extended warranty. There are always things you need to get used to when going to a new fridge. For instance this one doesnt have the flexibility items like retracting shelves for taller items, but I can live with it. The ice maker only makes one bin of ice every two days, and I can live with that as well. It's quiet and the temp consistency is very good (checked it with digital thermometer). I love the wide drawer beneath the veggie bins. One week in and overall I am delighted.
