Taking accurate measurements in your home is critical when purchasing a new refrigerator. Here are step by step instructions on how to do it correctly.
Please ensure the following prior to delivery:
- Water connection kit required
- 110V-grounded, 3-prong electrical outlet

Really Disappointing
I don’t think it would be an exaggeration to say that this is the worst refrigerator I have ever owned. We bought it new in 2017, and within two years we began to experience problems. In 2019, both the motherboard and the board that controls the fan malfunctioned, rendering both the refrigerator and the freezer unable to cool. After several visits by a repairman, that included a second new motherboard because the first one shorted out within a couple days, it finally started working again. The total repairs were something in the neighborhood of $800, putting the refrigerator now in the well over $2000 range after only 2 1/2 years of ownership. Just this month, February 2021, it has gone out again. The repair people have said before that it is simply not worth fixing, because the circuitry is cheap, the compressors are as small as possible for the sake of efficiency, and they are just going to have to keep repairing it. Save the money and buy a new refrigerator. That’s what they tell us. And that’s what I will tell you. Stay away from this refrigerator.

just received our new samsung refrigerator and it is so awesome! lots of room for storage, adjustable shelving, love the french doors and spacious freezer. we're enjoying getting to know all the features and it looks fantastic in our home. photo was taken before we got the handles on....

I was nervous about delivery as many others had reported repeat delays, but mine arrive on time as they said it would. The gentlemen were very careful bringing it through the door and they put the parts together and removed all the protective plastic. The fridge itself is a beautiful white and I absolutely love the simple features it has. I am thoroughly pleased and would recommend this fridge for anyone who has a smaller space.

Thank you Samsung for making a French Door Refrigerator for small spaces!
My cabinets hang low, and I searched all over for a French Door fridge that was less than 66" height. In fact, it couldn't be any higher than the spec (65.25 in) to fit in my space. This is the only French Door fridge that I could find anywhere that would fit the space. I was a bit hesitant to buy due to some of the negative feedback, but took the leap and bought it anyway and so far, I love it! It looked so tiny in the store next to the other massive size French Door fridges; however, it has plenty of room and much more, in fact, than the standard top freezer fridge I replaced. It took a few hours to reach cooling capacity. The icemaker made a few ice cubes after a few hours. However, the first few ice cubes were black! I did some research and learned that this sometimes happens with new ice makers as it is the carbon from the new filter. I'm happy to report that the icemaker is making clear ice now. Fingers crossed that I don't experience any mechanical issues down the road; however, I've decided to purchase a 5 year warranty as a few hundred extra dollars seem worth the piece of mind. At present, I'm extremely happy with the purchase!

We just got the fridge 2 days ago, it seemed to be a good replacement for our 1990's fridge and it fits into the space we had available in out 1940's house. As far as value, I think all appliances are grossly overpriced for what they are, it is what it is. Functionality: It seems to work well but the "mullion" between the 2 french doors doesn't seem to flip closed automatically when closing the left door. The strip is too low or the little piece up top is too high, I'm not sure but it definitely wasn't tested before it left the factory.
The manual and available videos on the Samsung website don't seem to cover that part & it doesn't seem to be adjustable for some reason. We've leveled the fridge front to back & side to side.
I hate to say it but I'm going to have to initiate a service call and I'm less than 72 hours into ownership of the unit. :(

Only issue I have is trying to get all the plastic and stuff off. ;) So glad I bought this fridge. I needed more space, mostly in the freezer, and I wanted a fridge up top. This was a fairly easy decision as I have limited space in my kitchen. The hard part was getting it through the doorways which were 29”. Thankfully I have a passthrough and the guys were able to lift it up and over (with a towel underneath and after signing a damage waiver). I am happy to say there was no damage and it was a fast and easy process. I like the door alarm and shelves I can move around. It is not hooked up to the water line as I have copper and actually had to reschedule my delivery as they are not allowed to disconnect copper! I did it with my dad ( I am a 40 yo woman) and then stuck a brass cap on the end to seal it! Just bought an ice tray, I hardly ever use ice anyhow!
Yes, you can fit multiple pizzas and ice cream containers in the freezer and have plenty of room to spare!!!

This refrigerator definitely met my needs having a small house! It looks great on the outside and has more than enough room inside! I like the small compartment below the crisper drawers! I store my eggs & cheeses there! I’m still making adjustments as the design is so different from my old refrigerator! I would recommend this refrigerator for those living in a smaller living area! So far, I’m quite satisfied with this purchase!
