                  the refrigerator is the worst of all. Home Depot should stop selling this piece of crap. i have it for 4 days and is not cooling in the top area. I set it for 40dg and comes back to 65F. i hope Samsung respond to this matter. not just links and links but real solutions.

                    Great Features

This appliance has been an upgrade item to to my kitchen. It has been a pleasure to be able to use this refrigerator and all of its components and accessories that come with it.

                      Terrible Customer Service
                      Extremely disappointing. Refrigerator arrived with front leveler on both feet that do not work so I cannot get it level. The manual that came with it says you must level the frig. I purchased this at the end of November 2025. I called customer service, sent them pictures. They ask incredibly stupid question and make incredibly stupid statements. Obviously they have no idea what they are talking about. The first lady wanted me to be very sure that the levelers actually didn't work because if they did work then I would have to pay for a service call when they came out. I was given a "ticket" number to refer to however when I called back and refer to that number they still wanted me start all over again demand updated pictures. I double checked that they did not work and called back to schedule a service call but they refused because I wanted to schedule 3 weeks ahead of time because I was out of town. I was told to call back when I could make an appoint for about a week in advance, When I called back for a one week appointment they wanted new updated pictures for the "ticket". Was even asked "Why do you want to use the levelers" what a stupid question. And what is the point of having a "ticket" number if you must always restart at the beginning? They gave me a link to contact service dept. to arrange a time. That has been useless as well - no one answers the phone. I still don't have a service call scheduled. These customer service people do nothing useful. They merely provide delay, ask foolish questions, make ignorant statements and offer pandering rhetoric from people barely speak English (example "Rest assured that..."). Since 2018 I have purchased 3 Samsung TVs, 2 stove/ovens, 2 refrigerators and 3 dishwashers an I have really liked the products and still do But Samsung customer service is absolutely terrible, it is completely useless and perhaps purposely so. I probably have made 3-4 phone calls and 1 text discussion and spent at lease a few hours on it.. All have been useless.

                        Roomy and Efficient
                        [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this refrigerator in my RV for a full year now. It performs excellent, keeping everything cold as expected, runs quietly and has plenty of room compared to traditional RV refrigerators. Using the app makes turning the ice maker on and off a breeze, something needed when dry camping with no water hook ups. A really nice part of the app is that it alerts you if someone leaves door open, and for some reason guest seem to not pay attention and do that. I am very happy with this product and delighted that Renegade chose it.

                          Efficient and great look
                          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks nice and I love the app interface. The only things you can do in the app are change the temperature of both the fridge and freezer and ensure the door is closed and it sends notifications if the door is open for a while. It cools well and has plenty of racks, but I wish it was a little more adjustable on the shelves. I have to store some things on its side like tall juices because they will only fit in the side doors, but as I buy new things I am conscious of height to fit. Overall like it!

                            8 months and its not working anymore
                            I bought this 8 months ago and now it isnt cooling or freezing, the inside temperature reads what it is set at not what it actually is unless you unplug it and plug it back in and then it shows what it actually is. Before all that it seemed like it worked OK, im not so sure about the temps because I trusted it was reading correctly so buy a fridge thermometer to be sure

                              we installed this unit in our RV to replace our gas absorbtion/electric refrigerator. It took some modification to our original box. We did not need the icemaker and would like know if we can just take out the icemaker as we don't need it.

                              Seriously flawed design
                              Zero stars for this poorly designed refrigerator freezer. Come home from the grocery store and go towards the fridge with your hands full of refrigerated items...God Luck opening the doors like you used to do with your pinky or another free finger. Now you must always approach the refrigerator with a free hand in order to open it. And don't think you'll be opening it at a convenient level for you. No! Plan on raising your arm and hand way up or drop it way down in order to grasp the indent on either door. Definitely not made for anyone with a goal of quick, easy and accessible access to the most used appliances in their house. Open the door and plan to store anything tall (a milk carton size and above) on the door or don't plan on storing it in your new poorly designed refrigerator at all. The shelves appear upon first glance to adjust to multiple levels, but that's deceiving. In fact, they don't and you're stuck with very limited options. All in all this was designed by a person who doesn't have a family and who probably eats out a lot and doesn't take home any doggie bags. If I could give zero stars I would. I'd also plan to return it tomorrow. There's a reason why, after decades of existence, refrigerator doors have handles on them.

                                Save Yourself the Headache
                                This refrigerator is the worse appliance I have ever owned. Almost immediately, ice started building up around the motor, resulting in a loud grinding noise. It was intermittent, but now it is ALL. THE. TIME. When it first got bad, Samsung basically said "sorry, we ccan't help you." They offered to cover the parts, but I would have to cover the cost of labor on the repair. That labor was going to be half the cost of the fridge. So I went to the internet. It seems everyone has the same issue. Some people recommended defrosting it for 24 hours to melt an ice around the motor. I have done this several times, which is an utter pain, but. it has yet to be helpful. Now I am concerned that the constant noise, which I would compare to equivalent of road work, it causing me to lose my mind. I'm already replacing this fridge after three years. Save yourself the time, money, and literal headache, and DON'T BUY THIS FRIDGE.
