Q:How do I level it from front to back?
      by|Feb 5, 2021

      Answer This Question

A:  Check your floor for level side to side and fron to back where the refrigerator will be placed. Then pre level rear legs based upon results. so if floor slopes down to the left, then raise rear left leg higher than right rear leg, for example. Push refrigerator into place. Then level front legs for both side to side and front to rear. I would first level fron side to side then to level front to rear just adjust each leg equally,ie., move each leg one turn, etc.

Water condenses and collects in crisper drawers, submerging all contents in 2 to 3 inches of water. Refrigerator is set at 34 degrees and oscillates between 31 to 49 degrees. Food spoils fast. This product should be recalled for food safety reasons. This company should not have to send internet links to concerned customers for these kind of problems (read previous review and company responses for similar water pooling issues, as well as loud noises). We have other Samsung appliances, which our new home came with, (perhaps because of deep discounts for home builders?), but in hindsight, we would rather have bought our home without any of these Samsung appliances, as they all have inconvenient quirks or design flaws (the dishwasher beeps from the slightest touch,—if you are leaning against the counter where it is installed, the stove is very difficult to clean, the insulating gasket for the oven does not completely seal at the top, the timer and bake settings on the stove & oven are not logical in functionality). We’re buying a new fridge soon, and can’t wait to get rid of this abomination. The stove & oven will be replaced next.

Absolutely horrible product. Do not buy.
My refrigerator has been accumulating water in the left drawer and underneath it. I have emptied it several times and it won't stop. I know that many other people have had the same issues.

Hi there, Let me give you a few tips and tricks to help drain your fridge. We are here to help you. A correctly "leveled" refrigerator is not level from front to back. Refrigerators are designed to tilt back slightly, which helps with draining. How to level your Samsung refrigerator https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062321/ ADJUSTING THE DOORS on page 20 https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202110/20211020110032896/NW2-FDR_DA68-01845C-26_EN_MES.pdf Water in your fridge can be caused by condensation or a missed spill. It is most likely to collect at the bottom of compartments, such as under the crisper drawers. This fridge is the worst.
We got this fridge a few years back when we remodeled the kitchen. First off whoever designed the shelves…Worst design ever. The glass is stuck in there and there is no way to get it out to be able to clean it. I’ve pushed, pulled, and unscrewed to no avail. The fridge also has a horrible frosting problem and I’ve had several repair people come out here and make adjustments to coils and the like but nothing helps the problem. If I had to choose over again I would never buy a Samsung brand anything ever again.

Greetings, We are happy to receive a review from you. Certain models have a different way of selecting ice, either cubed or crushed. Make sure water isn't selected by accident. Also, switch between cubed and crushed ice and try dispensing both types. I have shared a troubleshooting link below about water comes out when I try to dispense ice. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01109814/ If you have inquiries in the future, feel free to reach us via the following options: 1. Poorly designed, broke with gentle use.
First of all the panels dent easily... Very easily. Not sure even when it happened but it looks terrible. THEN... The flap that latches the top door broke. There's a piece inside that does a 90 to seal the door. The plastic that held it broke.....

                          Leaks water into bins
Purchased in late 2018. Few months later, when I go to clean it, I noticed water in bins and area below it. It has been nothing but a nuisance. What is causing this? How can I stop it from leaking?? Also, the door shelves are not practical. Sorry I purchased this item.

                            Nice Fridge
The fridge is definitely nice but could be bigger.. shelves are a bit close to each other so its difficult to put large items in the fridge. It also came with stickers on the outside which is a bit hard to take of without damaging the finish.

This fridge broke two years after purchase, right when I needed it during the Holidays and during Covid. I had to buy a mini fridge to store my medications right away. The fridge and freezer stopped cooling and temp went up to 65 degrees in both areas. Not worth the hassle and worry it will bring you down the line.

Taking accurate measurements in your home is critical when purchasing a new refrigerator. Here are step by step instructions on how to do it correctly.

Please ensure the following prior to delivery:

                                • Water connection kit required
                                • 110V-grounded, 3-prong electrical outlet
                                • Water valve (shutoff) within 6 ft. of hook up
                                • Measure the delivery path and new appliance area to make sure that your refrigerator will fit perfectly
                                • Verify your existing electrical and water connections
                                • Empty & unplug your old refrigerator
