Delivered 7/23/2021 This washer does not put enough water into the cycle. The clothes are being washed dampened. If heavy soiled , smells after washing. Open the door and there is black mold on rubber circular seal

Counterweight broken! Warranty was no use !
We have a Samsung front load washer model #Wf45r6100aw. It has been over 3 months with no resolve. Warranty company got tired of phone calls from us. It shakes violently. Well this morning it wouldn't even spin. Turns out the counterweight was sitting on the door seal and we took it out and are in just utter disbelief. Warranty company came out, installed 1 new shock, said it needed 3 more after 1st attempt, 6 weeks later, installed 3 more and was exactly the same, very unprofessional, broke our water line during repair! How could a product have so many problems and Samsung won't help ? Very unhappy customer that now has to look for a new washer only 11 months after purchase ! Way to go Samsung !

Do not buy this product

Horrible quality
i always bought samsung because of quality but this washer breaking after 10 months of use is unacceptable.
and the tech recommended to check another model because breaking the counterweight is very common on this.
now i have the problem to find something that will work with my dryer that is installed on the top of this (stackable)

Wish I could give zero stars. Bought this washer 2.5 years ago and just found out it was defective. Read other reviews that had similar stories
Washer made the loudest shaking noise during spin cycle which eventually caused major damage. Samsung customer service is awful. Had to call numerous times, get out on hold for hours only to find out they will not stand behind making a good product. Will NOT be buying Samsung appliances ever again and DO NOT recommend

Destroyed
I would not buy. Have owned this since April. I have had 2 service calls. The last call I’m going to say is the washer destroyed itself. Took service call 11 days to just evaluate and 1-2 days for Samsung to get back to me on what they are doing. This washer should be replaced.

Disappointed
i had a pair of samsung washer and dryer for 4 years, the washer stopped working last month. it couldn’t complete a wash cycle, wouldn’t spin at all. samsung support says it could be the water bump or something stucked in the hose. replaced the bump and the pressure sensor, the issue still existed. finally, i found out that one of the wires that connect to the motor was broken. it looks like burnt out for being shorted to the chassis. reconnected it, the machine works so far.

We bought the washer and Dryer combo in Jan 2022. Reading the reviews, Same imbalance/broke parts problem. Balance weights broke off of washer and now the rubber around the tub has a hole. Do Not Buy!! We have had these 7+ months. This did not meet expectations. Washer MODEL #WF45R6100AC/US

This will not get your clothes dry.
I wish I had never bought this washer and dryer. I can't wait to resell these and buy another model. It only lets you use their preset drying programs and when you try to do a load of sheets they will never dry, just ball up and cause the sheets to get scratchy and ruined. If you do customize a timed dry program, it makes you go through 6 different setting to turn eco-mode off. This is not user friendly and trust me, It's the exact same way with the wash. Go with a cheaper model, you will be happy you did. No way I am keeping this one a minute more than I have to.

Nothing as described
usually fans, our house is filled with samsung products. we have "everything samsung" however this product is very disappointing. unless we got a lemon, i would avoid this washing machine, i don't recommend this product.
pro : i give 2 stars for the beautiful aesthetics and the good capacity.
cons : it is so loud and noisy, very shaky. it scratches so easily, it's ridiculous. for example, simply by placing a container of laundry detergent on top of the washer or normal use ; scratches and dents. we experienced two water leaks in 7 months of use.
