      Q:Concerning a new washer - model number: WA52A5500AV We start a cycle and all "seems" OK. But, when the washer finishes its cycle's time, there is still a lot of water in the tub. The drain hose works at the beginning so its not a hose issue. Can you help?

        Very sorry we bought this set
        To be honest we have everything Samsung in our house but this washer is crap. the lack of agitator in this washer makes it impossible to clean large items correctly, like blankets. The just get knotted up and float around on the top of the water, even thought you use the deep fill feature.

          Excellent machine!

              Holds a bunch

                Great washer with impeller

No agitator allows us to wash larger loads and comforter’s and blankets. The controls are easy to use touch bottom with indicator light, and you can control it from your smart phone using the Samsung smart things app! The features and the speed of this washer are a great value.
