Over one year broken washer!
Very disappointed with this 5.0 cu. ft. Extra-Large Capacity Smart Front Load Washer with Super Speed Wash in Brushed Black. Had this for over a year a it's broken. And it was well taken care of. Will never buy any Samsung products again. I have an expenses washer sitting in my garage.

Broken after 2 years - don't buy it
Machine started making a loud banging noise today. I opened the top. One of the drum hanger springs is broken just after 2 years! I called Samsung hoping that they would own up to it as a decent company would and at least send me replacement springs. They came up with excuse after excuse: "physical damage" to the drum (and there was none), "cant help because you opened the top", "can't send parts to consumers" (but I bought the same part on their website!) . Please buy some other brand!

Almost 2 years
Lasted almost 2 years, didn't clean well unless using the highest settings, feel like it had a built in timer to self destruct. My second Samsung washer dryer set, bought this when the previous set broke, 4 years, rebuilt both to use as backup. They are all junk, what good is energy efficiency if you have to buy a new set every 5 years, how much energy dose it take to build!! Wash tub cracked making repair probably out of the question.

Best Addition to my Smart House
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Laundry system and love how they are connected with my phone. I love how I can schedule the washer and dryer when I am away and love exploring and trying new wash cycles from the SmartThings App. I normally use baby clothes and normal cycles and working as intended. Clothes come out soft and fully washed. Noise levels are as low they can get. In Summary, this are pretty great at what they do and will recommend to my friends and family.
Update:
I came to know about the VRT(Vibrations reduction tech) and I believe it works most of the time. I feel slight noise and vibrations when there is a very heavy load. Other than, VRT works as expected. I have normally used Perm Press, Sanitize(for outdoor clothes), Heavy duty, Normal and lately Rinse + Spin. I loved Eco Wash and Eco Cold as it saves energy and I believe cold water is better than hot water for my clothes. Noise level is pretty low. My laundry is by the garage so we don't usually hear laundry noise but even if I stay in the garage, noise level stays low. Overall, Samsung's new technology laundry systems works as expected and does better than you ask for.

Spins great without the bolts in…
i like it so far so good, this is just the first cycle weve been able to complete. my husband hooked up the device so i didnt realize the guys that dropped it off didnt remove and take the shipping bolts with them. i really hope my washer isnt damaged from the load we tried to wash. it seems like an incredible waste to leave those behind for the consumer to just throw away. im sure they can be reused again.

Works great

It has a lot of great functions for different styles of wash which is really nice. I like the musical alert it gives once the cycle is complete which is super helpful. It's soze is perfect for my family for 4 and fits a good amount of clothes while cleaning them well.
Over all very happy with it.

Fantastic and Smart, with Super Capabilites!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Extra Large Capacity Smart Front Load Washer may sound mouthful, but it sure lived up to its name! Throughout the weeks, I had the opportunity to put it to the test the Smart function, programmable wash cycles, and large capacity drums.
From the first glance, the machine is very well designed and the black exterior makes it look classy, though dust gathers very visible. It was delivered through XPO and installed quite quickly, and I couldn't wait to get my first load. In total, there were three loads specifically and this review and photos reflects as such. Videos will be uploaded to my YouTube channel under Ubertechinsiders upon approval.
First load was in conjunction to using the smart function, to see how effectively it communicates with the machine and app. I ran a load of towels and did not fill it to capacity but there were quite a lot of the towels that were put in the Washer. I noticed that the app has to have the notification on enough in order for to tell me where the wash cycle was, when the cycle was going into a different portion of the wash and when it's about to be completed or complete. All in all it was a great smooth experience and what was interesting mostly was how the app would give different "recipes" on how to get your wash completed depending on the material.
The second wash cycle was for a heavy queen-sized blanket. There was room to put some towels but I wanted to see if there was going to be any problems with balancing as it goes through wash and spin cycles. To my absolute delight, during especially the spin cycle, I barely heard anything - rather it was purring! There was absolutely no unbalanced spin where the machine would rattle. Super Fantastic!
The last wash cycle was for sneakers as I was curious how it would be handled. I included some towels, as recommended on Samsung website. During the wash cycle, I could hear some thuds. By the time the end of spin cycle, I noticed that the machine had moved. I put two pairs of sneakers with three towels in it but because it's a large capacity, I may want to put more towels so that it doesn't get unbalanced.
Overall, the experience was quite impressive and this is a great machine to have for large and/or active families. I love that I could wash comforters without overstuffing the wash drum, great to have smart functioning washer!

Excellent Washing Machine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had many washing machines over the years - various models with all sorts of features. However, I seem to always gravitate back to the Samsung models. From the ability to stack the units and allow for more space in a laundry room to the endless amount of washing options, I have found the ideal machine for my home. What I love most about this particular model, the ability to search for extra washing settings via the app (ie. active wear feature) and the way it is connected to my wi-if. While I didn’t think this feature would be anything special, I do tend to find it is great when my Echo Show announces when the laundry is done. One additional feature I especially like is the soft LED glow of the drum lights. It’s enough to be able to see and gather the laundry yet not so bright like a French fry light in a fast food joint.
