How many filter do you have? I just one see primary linter filter. Where do you have heat exchange secondary filter? Usually the heat exchange filter on a dryer is located at the bottom front as I know.
Can I stack this on my Samsung washer I already have?
No unless the washer you have is a companion model to this unit made at the same time from the same model series you cannot stack it.

(It is very unlikely your washer is gas powered, as gas is not needed for washer. I think you got that backwards between the two). An all-in-one combination typically has a smaller drum, which requires a smaller load to effectively dry.
Do I need to order a power cord with this appliance
Hello Raym, Yes, the optional power cord with an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug is sold separately. If the dryer is to be permanently wired, it must be connected to a permanently grounded metal wiring system, or an equipment grounding conductor must be routed with the circuit conductors and connected to the dryer's equipment grounding terminal or lead.
