Can it be attached to wall
You would have to drill thru the back to secure it to the wall. This cabinet does not come with this type of hardware. If you were to check with the team at Home Depot, they should be able to assist you with that. Thank you.
The description reads.like this product is for use inside use, for books, crafts, etc.. could i use it in the garage?
Robert- Yes, but keep in mind these bookcases are powder coated and can't be exposed to moisture or water. They could rust.

Sharne- yes 2 locking and 2 swivel.
Does it come assembled?
Hi David, the cabinet does come assembled, however you will have to attach the caster wheels yourself. Thank you.
