The can states to keep away from children and pets. It is hard to say how it will affect every pet, if you have concerns it would be best to speak with your vet.

Can I use this to spray on a cheap wood shelf? I want to spray the shelves and put my Chistmas Vi...

Answer

The snow should adhere to the wood and since the wood is porous it should go on pretty well. However, I really doubt that it will stay adered very well. Since it is an old piece of wood that you can throw away you could experiment. I would never spray this snow on anything porous that I wanted to keep.

will this 18 oz can be enough to flock an 8 foot christmas tree?

Answer

It really depends on how much or how thick you plan to spray.

Never dried
Not sure what this stuff is meant for but I sprayed it very lightly on the tips of a wreath that would not be out in the weather and I’ve waited for over an hour and it’s still not dried. The instructions say ‘allow snow to dry before adding lights and ornaments’ but doesn’t say it could take hours before it dries or that it may NEVER dry!

For a 6 foot tree. You need 2 cans for a light snow glaze. Would recommend 3 for good coverage.

Simple to use, a bit messy(as expected). I actually did use to it flock my entire tree - against the directions on the can. Spray light layer on in the morning, let it dry 10hrs, spray again. I did this a total of 2 times for a total of 4ish coats and was happy with the flocking. I didn’t want something too heavy. Used about 3 cans to do my 9ft tree. I have a real tree, so not sure about application on artificial trees/how it would store. Photo attached is after 2 coats.

Not a flocking spray
When I bought a real tree at Home Depot, I asked what can I use to flock my tree. They gave me this can so I bought it, but when I got home I read the back of the can and it said, “THIS IS NOT A FLOCKING SPRAY DO NOT USE TO FULLY FLOCK TREES OR WREATHS” so I don’t know why they handed me this can.

Great if you want to test flocking
I was not 100% positive I wanted to flock my tree. So this was great as a tester. It’s very easy to use and very light. Plus if I did not like it, it’s easy to wipe off before it dries. I love how it turned out so next year I’ll buy real flocking spray

I didn't want to spend $30 for flocking powder. I used this on a real Christmas tree as a light flocking spray and I was satisfied with the results. The can does state not a flocking spray and a heavy coat won't dry properly. However, it also says it can be used for tree tips. It took about 1 and a quarter cans to coat a 6 foot tree. It did dry but it wasn't applied heavily.
