I gave a three-star rating to signal my disappointment. The Schlage website lists ten things you can do remotely with this lock and Samsung Smartthings. I bought this lock so that I could add and delete user codes remotely. To date, the only thing I can do remotely is lock and unlock.
I think that perhaps the software will catch up with the claims, so I am hopeful.
On the positive side, this lock comes with excellent support for the DIY who doesn't have a lot of experience. The instructions are clear and there is a supporting video.

The Connect Camelot Deadbolt with alarm was very easy to install, just removed the old deadbolt and install the new one works great. now I don't have to worry about having my keys or if I need to let a family member in when I'm not at home I just give them a code and they can get in.
This is my fav product from depot!!!!

It took a little longer than expected to install because the old deadbolt didn't line up perfectly,but with some adjustment it fit well.. Scored major points with my girlfriend cause she doesn't have to carry house keys anymore!

The lock works great and I love knowing that the deadbolts will be automatically be extended when I set the alarm, in case I forget to do it myself.
It was a bit tricky getting it tied into my ADT Pulse system. On one of the 2 locks, I had to move the iControl hub to within a few feet of the lock.
Finally, be aware that, on all 3 of my homedepot.com orders, the total price charged to my charge card was MORE than the amount quoted when I made the purchase.

I've been shopping hard for the last 1 year for a replacement dead bolt for my front door. The winning product had to be sturdy, secure, feature-rich electronic deadbolt but which must have the auto lock feature. Most I found were not secure and have a universal default code that can easily be found online and reset to unauthorized codes without your knowledge.
I have the Schlage FE575 on my garage door and I'm very happy with it. Naturally, I looked to Schlage for solution to my front door but only the BE365 deadbolt was available but it has no autolock feature. I even wrote to Schlage asking them to make an autolock deadbolt.
Imagine my joy when the Schlage BE469NX was brought to market early this year- it has everything I wanted + more to boot- touch keypad (Woot!), autolock with strong force, different types of alarms, strong and with beautiful finish. Wow. Installation was a breeze. At $200 it's pricy but worth every dime! I'm so happy and my wife loves it too!

The product is great, but the key didn’t work. I had an installer putting it in as well as a new handle . The handle was already installed when we discovered the key didn’t work. I had to quickly run to a lock smith to fix the problem , it cost me $30. I was not happy.
