      A:  Wink has stated that there is a firmware update expected to be released in January that will fix issues with the lock and unlock feature, as well as provide app support for managing user codes in another update released in a future update thereafter. The Wink system currently provides full support for our original Z-Wave locks, however our new Z-Wave+ units (BE469ZP) is not fully supported yet. They said they definitely came keyed alike - nothing further is needed and this was not true. I wish there was an easy drop-down menu at check out to select this. I also wish there were more styles of this lock. Lovely so far. Easy for my kids to use.
