    A:  You would likely have to bring into a physical location and they will do it for you. Not sure the manufacturer provides the service on delivery.

      A:  The answer is yes if your current key is for a Schlage lock. The people in the millwork department will be able to modify your new doorknob or dead bolt lock to match your existing key.
