I need to put this in a 2” thick door. Is there a kit for this?
Thank you for your inquiry! Out of the box, the Schlage Sense Pro Smart Deadbolt natively fits a door thicknesses of 1-3/8" up to 2". There is no thick door kit available for more than 2". No key, what if lock is malfunctioning?
Thank you for the interest in a Schlage product. This model has no key to override the keypad functions however, if the issue is related to a low battery, simple connect a portable external power bank or phone charger to the built in USB C jumpstart port on the bottom of the exterior keypad to supply emergency temporary power and gain access. Does this lock work with Airbnb
Thank you for the interest in a Schlage product. This models unique feature is to unlock on approach which would require the lock to be paired with Apple Home Kit. The tenants can still use an access code to unlock however the unique feature is not something the guests can use. Because of this, this lock is not recommend for an Airbnb setting.
