The Schiene profile is designed to finish and protect tile edges on floors and walls. It is ideal for creating floor transitions between tile and another surface of the same height such as carpet or wood. Schiene has an integrated joint spacer which ensures a uniform grout joint between the tile and profile.

What finish is this? Polished or Satin?

Actually it is not solid brass but anodized aluminum with a brass finish and is kind of in between polished and satin. The top 3/16” is all that really shows.

The trim is beautiful and was packaged very well and so, it arrived in perfect condition. It did feel like it took an eternity to arrive, so be sure to order right away if you need it soon.

Thank you. The (solid) brass schluter, rather than the gold colored aluminum schluter is difficult/impossible to find. Not only HD have it in stock, it was a fair price and was delivered to the work site within a few days.

Yes this time but we have received a total of 5 and four had issues with we returned a few but because it was holding up our project we kept a few that were scratched or bent, so we could keep moving. Over all not a good experience.
