The bathtub looks awsome but it doesn't come with the pipes to install it neither you can buy it in Home Depot. So I was calling everyone to find the pipes that tha manual said nobody have it. I almost return it but my plumbers find something similar in another place NO HOMEDEPOT and now looks good

Doesn't hold water
We got it installed ok, but the drain is not sealing well. Are we missing something? Filled the tub up with bubbles and warm water, but then it drained within 10 minutes. So disappointed with my first bath!!! It looks beautiful, but the clear O-ring is faulty or something... Help! I just spent $800 on a tub that doesn't hold water!

Great purchase and product and much more a great price.
Great service, the product arrived prior to projected date. This was even with a Holiday in between.
We are very satisifed with the Tub. I highly recommend HD for this product. This was not my first time, so I am sure I will be back.
