works great
I bought the unit at home Depot and it is smaller then my old one but it works really really good. It's alot colder then my old one. I'm pleasantly surprised great purchase so far

So Far So Good
I've been happy with this product. So far it hasn't had any issues with leaking. I like that it's easy to wheel around to various places in the house. It's also quieter than the previous portably AC that I had. It's not super strong, but it's good enough for what it is.
It's easy to set up right out of the package. It's boxed in a way where you just lift the top of the box off of the unit, and then you just wheel it off the bottom piece of the box.

After receiving the portable A/C I noticed a sticker attached...
After receiving the portable A/C I noticed a sticker attached to the side stating to use on single circuit only. I thought I thoroughly read the product specification on the website page but did not see this warning. I was not intending of calling electrician to change outlet and returned product unused.

The window expander does not fit properly or tightly inside...
The window expander does not fit properly or tightly inside window frame and the exhaust tube was difficult to attach. I “think” it works alright but not positive.
