Sofa Broke after 5 weeks
A section of the sofa broke after 5 weeks from regular seating. No jumping, etc. I spent over a month trying to claim the warranty, but Home Depot and the manufacturer (Lifestyle Solutions) point fingers at each other and refuse to honor the warranty. Home Depot furniture warranty is only 30 days, and Lifestyle Solutions is not an honest company. It is a relatively expensive sofa, so I would not recommend buying it. The quality is poor, and the customer service is not responsive.

Great guest bed and great price
I am very happy with this sofa sleeper, but know a couple of things going in.
1. Rumors of this sleeper being VERY firm are NOT exaggerated. I was hopeful that they were, but this sleeper is very firm (hard?!). But I was prepared after reading reviews to have to add a topper, which I have, and it has worked out great. We won't be using this as a sleeper regularly, so this is not a deal breaker for us. If you need to open and close this regularly, adding a topper may be a pain.
2. The good news is, assembly is pretty easy. Really you only need to add the arms, which we did easily by laying it on its side, sliding the arms on, and flipping it and using the weight of the thing to firmly secure the arms. The bad news is, it is really heavy! I have stairs up to my house, and they only sent one delivery guy, who left it at the bottom of the stairs (with my help to get it up the curb!) not even on my porch. I had to wait for my husband to get home. We unboxed it and painstakingly brought it up using those "magic" straps. Fortunately it did not rain, but have a tarp handy or two very strong people to immediately take it inside! Or better yet, I think that you can pay extra and have it brought to a room of your choice. It is not hard after that, but definitely takes two.
I really love the layout of the sleeper. I have tall guests and many sleepers have obstructions for taller people, or flimsy mattresses and cost much more. I think the firm mattress here will be good in the long run. I do not want a flimsy mushy sofa, since that is mostly how we will be using it.
Also, someone mentioned that the head part goes down lower than the rest of the bed (See my pics) but we did not find it annoying using a regular pillow. And finally, as someone else noted, the box is flimsy and arrived banged up, but it was packaged well and not damaged.

Literally perfect
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This converter sofa is amazing! Great as a couch comfortable as all get out! Lounge? Covered! You can tilt the head rest down and pull up the bottom and pray you don't fall asleep! It's better than my bed! Also converts into a full queen size bed, and let me just say it's the most comfortable bed I've slept on. I tend to fall asleep on it everytime I lay down on it lol

Exactly what I was looking for!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in need of our spare room for my crafts and sewing space so I decided to get rid of the bed for more space. This of course eliminated our guest sleeping room. This excellent quality and so soft and comfortable Serta Augustine Queen convertible sofa was the perfect solution to my issue. It’s a bit on the firm side which is again perfect because that is exactly what my son needs when he visits, and the pillows are perfectly soft and just right for sleeping on. Now I have the space I need and a place for guests to sleep.

Beautiful, functional, but broke
We loved this sofa! It's very functional as you can use it as a lounger, bed, or sofa. Unfortunately, six months after we purchased it, a part broke off the back. The sofa no longer sits upright. I've contacted the manufacturer about a replacement or repair, and I'm waiting on that.

The mattress is sturdy and comfortable to sit on. It has a nice texture.
It was also easy to fit through a narrow hallway.
Perfect fit for an extra guest room!

I did an extensive research for months when looking for the perfect sofa-bed and the Augustus was the best choice. It’s a beautiful, sturdy and roomy sofa that looks fantastic in our studio/guess-room. We are very happy with it. If you are looking for a comfortable bed which at the same time is an elegant sofa, don’t think twice and get the Augustus.

Love the couch, but when we unpacked it there was...
Love the couch, but when we unpacked it there was a small tear in the fabric and a piece of wood was broken underneath. Doesn’t interfere with the i usage and didn’t want to deal with exchanging it. That’s the risk you take with ordering online and having it shipped. It is a nice piece of furniture though, and super easy to convert to a bed. Several different positions you can put it in. We added a queen topper for sleeping as it’s a bit firm. Color is a rich gray-blue.

Seriously LOVE this couch! Bought for our guest/media room. Easy assembly, soft, stylish, exactly what i was hoping for! It IS firm but not uncomfortable (which I like, especially if people will be sleeping on it) 4 stars only cause we just got it a week ago so it hasnt been used too much yet so I cant attest to durability. But my hopes are high! So easy to "pop up" that my 5 year old can do it! We do plan on getting a mattress pad for guests like someone suggested, just to make it feel more like a one piece bed (but theres no annoying gaps). Really love this couch!
