STRIKE 3
As the title suggests, this is my 3rd (and final) Shark "Professional" iron.
All have developed identical problems within 6-8 months of purchase. All have developed leaks. All have developed problems with the steam button sticking until finally they don't operate at all. I have used only distilled water. Have never used cleaning solutions for internal cleaning, and yet, the problems persist. Goodbye Shark.

I have this Iron for about five years ... it is my 2nd one... replacing because steam button gave out and finally the swivel cord has a short... I just purchased another to find out

Excellent Results

I love every detail from the look and precise power it gives fabrics from silk and heavy duty materials. It comes with an extra large water tank and more importantly an anti drip feature. It has steam control and removes wrinkles with an ease. This is by far the most impressive iron i have ever had. I truly recommend this shark iron.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent iron! It’s nicely-weighted and has great steam power that removes wrinkles almost effortlessly. I love the easy to use fabric/temperature selector and clear list of fabric options to select and really appreciate the anti-drip function. I always dread the always inevitable spitting from my now-former iron! It has a cool self-cleaning option and the always valued auto-shutoff functionality. Overall, it’s pretty great!

Very Nice Iron
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Shark ultimate professional iron to replace my older Shark iron (1500 watts) which I have loved for several years. This ultimate professional iron (1800 watts), is totally more powerful. I love the levels of steam that can be used or simply turn the steam off altogether. It is a bit heavier than my old iron, but it does a great job on my clothing. It also has such a beautiful professional look and other great features.

Awesome iron with many features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful sleek looking iron that gets ironing jobs done fast and easy, due to 1800 watts of power. Heats up quickly. Large water reservoir for steaming clothes. I like that it is professional grade and leaves my clothes beautifully wrinkle free. Only downside is the iron can get a bit heavy. My old iron was lighter weight, but would leak water everywhere. Plus, the bottom of my old iron was a bit tacky/stained and this iron glides so beautifully and smoothly across clothing.Bottom of iron is made of stainless steel. I like the auto shutoff option as that is important when I have so many tasks and household duties, and don't want to forget to turn the iron off. SHARK has amazing high quality products and I am never disappointed.

Love the auto off feature
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must admit I have been one to leave an iron on accidentally and return a few days later to find that it was still on! What an awful feeling. The feature that I love the most about this iron is that it automatically shuts off after its been on a little while. I can see how some people would find this aggravating but I LOVE that feature more than any other. It heats up very quickly for use and there is no wait time at all. I also love the steam feature which evenly moistens when you are ironing your clothing. The look of this iron is pretty awesome too. Its equivalent to a cool new sports car. The long chord is helpful for reaching further away as well. All in all its a really great product and I would recommend anyone looking for a new iron try this one out.

Includes auto shut off!

This Shak Professional Iron has now replaced my cheap iron that never heated up well and was very inconstant with the level of heat. I iron my work clothes almost every morning and this iron has made this task by far quicker than before. The iron heats up quickly and when using the steam feature, it does not run out of water quickly. The water tank holds a decent amount and does not leak and leave water spots. The iron itself has some weight to it, which is nice when having to iron a heavy cotton pant. The best feature, as a busy mother, is the auto shut off. I tend to get side tracked when doing daily tasks and this takes the worry out of “did I shut the iron off?” question.
