The Wisteria Clove 6 x 48 viny plank flooring is a 2 MM product and would not set evenly with the Austin Jonestown flooring (6MM). The Wisteria Clove is darker than the Austin Jonestown flooring.

You should be able to special order these transitions through the Home Depot store flooring associate. Thank you Alex for this question as well on Wisteria. We only have the multi-purpose reducer that could be used in the doorways. If this transition will not work for your installation, you may need to visually match it to another transition more suitable for your installation. Home Depot will also have transitions that are unfinished and can be stained to match your flooring. The temperature before and during installation should be between 65 and 85 degrees. Once the product is installed, the temperature should not exceed 85.
