does this product have a front door cover zipper?

Yes, the front has zippers on both sides. There are grommets above the door, allowing you to tie the door up and out of the way if you wish.

End Panels & Anchoring

1. Are the end panels supposed to sit 2 or 3 inches off the ground? 2. What is the best way to open the doors without the door-opening system? 3. Is there another suggestion for anchoring it? I've put in 2 anchors but it has taken an hour...I am twisting the paint off the steel it is so difficult...can I tie sandbags inside or something?
Asked by: Fee
For the twist anchors use a long heavy screwdriver for leverage and ease or dig a hole set anchors and fill hole with some quick setting cement . Level ground is optimal . Doors have zippers

Customer Reviews

12 ft. x 20 ft. x 8 ft. Grey Steel and Polyethylene Garage without Floor is rated 3.1 out of 5 by 38.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Collapsed Under Snow Load > 12" / 30 cm The connection points of the frame are on the top and perpendicular to the side. I had significant snow load on the shelter, and the load bearing became in direct alignment with the frame connections and they all bent. I liked everything else about this shelter but itn is not able to withstand more than 12" of snow load considering at some point it will melt and become very heavy. Perhaps if the connection points would have been at 45 degrees to the load, or reinforced in some manner, the shelter should have been able to manage the load as it appeared to be very sturdy when I constructed it. I wish I had known about the load limitations as I would have bought the premium frame instead. Now I am back to needing a new shelter as the frame no longer has any integrity to handle even a minor amount of snow.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Plan on replacing cover every year or two I bought a few of these to keep some cars out of the sun, wind, snow and rain. The cover starts to rip after a year in Colorado. I won't buy them again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money We purchased this less than 2 years ago, and just the other day we went outside and the top of it is torn from front to back, we use it keep our boat out of the elements. We purchased a cheap brand before this one and it lasted 5 years, so we had heard good things about shelter logic and decided to go with one of theirs. Do not listen to anyone unless you want to purchase a new cover every 1.5 to 2 years. We currently have a tarp over it to keep our boat out of the weather.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality 2nd one bought within 2 yrs. 1st one entire garage. 2nd was replacement kit. I am so frustrated and discouraged on how fast they both ripped across the top. Neighbor has had a garage for 9 years from different company. Will pay price and get from there.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than expected This is the second one I've ordered. Expected it to be much more difficult to assemble... The first one took a while (about 8 hours, two people). The second took about half as much. Depending on your soil - the anchors can be really difficult to screw in. Despite the negative reviews - carefully reading the instructions and checking every part number against the manual made the install quite straight forward. Make sure you read the entire manual before doing anything - there's a certain order to things; save yourself some work later :) I bought the first one for my the wife's Mustang - but found out that it could fit my F150 Raptor. Pretty tight fit - but I don't drive it often. So if you have a half-ton pickup and don't mind very careful parking it could work for you too.
