Why only 75lbs. rating are these for kids' chairs?

Hi Discover, these are 75lbs per caster. If there is 4 casters per chair that is a total of 300lbs.

The castors from our chair are only 1 inch, and this one is 2 inch. Will it matter? I could change them all. Do you have this is one inch?
