Q:The plants received cover with warranty for how long.
They has been damage by freezing cold temperature in the shipping, that we had a week of extreme cold weather, plants looks very weak.

Q:I am disappointed with the selection that I received. Several plants were not see in display picture package was a big mess when it arrived. Plants were covered with dirt, plants drop leaf . ask partial replacement for damaged one, about 1/3 from picture

They made it!
Worried they would come frozen because of the bitter cold. They were jostled a bit, little dirt in the box, but plants were fine. I put them in a pan, gently sprayed them & left them soak up water over night. They have grow bigger already. Love them.

Plants ok but other companies package better
Most of These plants turned out ok but they were packaged terribly. Dirt everywhere and couldn’t even tell what they half of them were upon arrival. la costa (also sold by Home Depot) packages much better so will stick to those in the future

They were packaged nicely and arrived on time. Some are definitely smaller than others but overall they look like they are in good condition.

I was unimpressed with the selection that I received. Several plants were very similar (not sure if they were the same variety of plant or not). I did not know that ivy and spider plants were considered succulents. I should have gone to the store and picked some plants out myself, but trying not to go out due to coronavirus.
Also, package was a big mess when it arrived. Plants were covered with dirt, some were dumped out of their containers.

Not quality nor as pictured
Most in this collection are the same type, not in good condition, and dimpled. Really two colors. No variation in greens and no pinks. Looks better in my pic than in person.
