You could definitely use it on the side of the door. for me, this hangs off the unframed sides and bottom of my shower door. It fits on the glass and the rubber flap hangs off a bit...maybe 3/8"- 1/2 ". Not sure on a semi-framed, not sure what that looks like, but if you can snap this on the glass, it should help some, at the least...a lot at the best! Good luck!
My guess is that it would depend on the angle and how much glass there is to grab. I would think that the worst case would be that you would have to use some clear silicone adhesive to hold it if the angle was too severe
Don’t think it will. It fits 3/8” snugly.
Yes, on frameless shower enclosures. I installed it on the fixed glass adjacent to the door opening and the door closes cleanly into it. Some trimming is necessary.
Ask home Depot.
The part that pushes on to the glass is hard plastic, "rigid", the sweep is soft and flexible
This piece goes on the edge, the dimensions are located on the tag, You can cut it once it’s installed I used shears to cut it once it was installed.
No wont pass through the door guide.
