FLOOR CLEANING MADE EASY
This unit comes with a very long cord which is most convenient. If they had made it a retractable cord that would have been a welcome addition. Comes with two mop pads and a pouring container. Use with water only, NO floor cleaners. Manufacturer says the steam sterilizes the floor and it does help with cleaning. There are three settings of steam, I only used low for my wood floors. It's lightweight, easy to set up and does pretty well in the corners. Really like how low the handle goes down for getting under things. The vibration setting is a must to remove any drips of anything on the floor. Has two light settings, I recommend using both.
One complaint is that there's no on/off button on the handle. All operation controls are on the base of the unit so you have bend over every time to shut it off with one button. Then it takes four to six button pushes to turn everything back on to resume mopping. It doesn't save the last setting. Stand keeps it upright when not in use. It's certainly an improvement over manual mopping.

Adequate cleaning
I was concerned when I first turned this unit on after adding water. It took 2 minutes and 47 seconds before getting any steam and made an awful lot of noise doing it. When it finally was able to pump the water where it needed to go it quieted down almost completely. The manual does not mention this information and there is nothing online about it so I don't know if this is normal. I would say it did an adequate job of cleaning, not spectacular.

My new BFF floor cleaner
I have used this steam mop a few times now on my tile floors and I am very impressed with its cleaning power. The part I like most is it is quiet while doing it. You could easily use this to clean the floors while the baby sleeps. Even with the optional virbrate mode on it isn't that noisey. I made the mistake of putting in a stone medallion at the front entrance with a LOT of crevices for dirt to get in to. Typically I would get down with a toothbrush to dig it out, but this steam cleaner now does it for me. It isn't going to get your grout nice and new again overnight, but it does help out a bit. It is very light to carry around and the pads wash up nicely in the laundry after picking up some serious dirt.
The water reservoir on the back is brightly lit so you can tell where your water level is, as you are not to run the unit without water. The steam kicks up and is ready to go in about a minute after turning on. That sticky hairspray residue on your bathroom floor just melts away.
It has a normal bright path light, or you can use the optional black light which enhances areas you need to go over again. Also the awesome 25 ft cord so you can go further longer without having to move to another outlet. If you need to walk away for a second it easily stands up on its own.
Though not needed, it does recommend if you have hard water you could use distilled water. I find a gallon of distilled water goes a long way.

Bad product does not worth the money!
First I hated the way the pad to be attached to it by vilcro and it bearly covers the edges and you have to stretch it in order to do that!
After a light use (twice a week or less ) for 6 months started to have trouble working the way it should! And making weared sound!
It is hard and sometimes impossible to navigate between the options (dust, mop ...) and turning the power botten on/of.
On top of all that is the warranty!
I purchased the 2 years warranty from Home Depot. when I called to report the issue, they told me that it is still under the one year manufacture warranty! And they gave me their number to call! When I called they told me that I have the wrong number they don’t sell steamer!
I went back to the booklet that came with it inside the box and called the number, no body answered so I lift a voice msg.
Until now no body called me back!

This is my second unit. Love this Sienna; performs beautifully and with so many ceramic tile floors it truly is a lifesaver for this lil' ol' senior citizen who still cleans and maintains our home!! Would recommend it to anyone who needs an electric floor steam cleaner!!!
