I used this stuff outside to anchor bolts into a brick wall with temps about 60F-70F. The setting time was extremely fast. Like a few minutes at most. FAST SETTING. After 2 minutes it is very hard.

Answer

No, it cannot be. Per the manufacturer's specficiations: Sika® AnchorFix-1 may only be used by experienced professionals. As a fast curing anchoring adhesive for all grades of: ▪ Rebars / reinforcing steel ▪ Threaded rods ▪ Bolts and special fastening systems Can be used on: ▪ Uncracked Concrete ▪ Solid masonry ▪ Hard natural stone* ▪ Solid rock* * These substrates may vary greatly, in particular with regard to strength, composition and porosity. Therefore, for each application the suitability of Sika® AnchorFix-1 Adhesive must be tested by first applying Sika® AnchorFix-1 Adhesive only to a sample area. Almost impossible to apply
This claims to fit a standard caulking gun, but the tip was much too large to fit in mine. I had to cut half the front off an old gun to get it to fit. It took so much force to get the epoxy to flow through the tip, the rod and tube were being forced out of the gun. I had to duct tape the tube in. The epoxy set instantly if it came in contact with any cement dust, but it didn't seem to set in the drilled holes anywhere close to the promised set times. Time will tell if it actually holds. I probably wouldn't trust this for anything structural.

product worked well, but should be available in smaller sizes for small applications. Used only a small portion and the rest will go to waste.

Great bonding strength and working time. Pay attention to expiration date when buying. Mkne had nearly 9 months left before expiration and had no issue's getting out of the tube. Highly recommned a heavy duty gear ratcheting style caulk gun.

The stuff is amazing. Be sure to use it out of the tube fast as it sets up like right now. Be sure what you want to cement is exactly what you want cemented because it will be cemented! BAD TO THE BONE!
