I had this same question and did some searching online. I ended up using this Sika product, waiting a week, then applying a concrete sealer over the entire surface. That was about a year ago. I don’t see any issues with the Sika or the concrete sealer.
You shouldn’t seal the concrete before applying Sikaflex because sealer will close the pores and the Sikaflex will separate from the edge of the gap when the joint expands which will allow water to seal in and freeze etc.
