I have all granite window sills throughout my house, it was time to clean it all, so I got both the Stone Cleaner and the Stone Polish. Once I started I decided to also do all my kitchen counters (also marble) and boy the results are outstanding. I'm using seperate microfiber cloths to apply each, and it's most easy, spray it on, let it set about a minute and wipe it off. The cleaner alone does a respectable job, but I was told by my granite installer to always use a sealer or polish after cleaning to prevent staining. But the extra step really brings out the beauty of the stone. I aslo tried the cleaner on the stones in my shower, and it did a great job of removeing some residual soap scum but not such a great job on some black mold in the grout.

We have brand new quarts counter tops and wanted a safe (both for us and for the quartz) to clean and maintain the counters. Simple Green has been a trusted cleaner in our home so I felt the same in choosing Simple Green Stone Cleaner for our counters and vanity tops.
I am very pleased with the product and the results. A pleasant scent without being over powering. Our quartz counters are high gloss polished which helps makes it easy to just wipe them down, however, the high gloss shows water spots and "stain" rings from glasses set on the quartz.
Simple Green Stone Cleaner easily cleans these spots without streaks or residue. Just spray on and wipe with a dry cloth. I find that a cotton cloth works better than microfiber.
The Stone Cleaner has easy trigger spray with Off/Spray/Off/Stream selections at the nozzle.
It is recommended to follow cleaning with Simple Green Stone Polish.
The cleaner also works great on our porcelain pedestal sink.

Simple Green Stone Cleaner, 16 oz. Stone Cleaner is an easy to use effective everyday spray cleaner for granite, quartz, marble, travertine, limestone and engineered surfaces. The spray bottle works well and has the usual off position on the nozzle along with stream and spray function. The cleaner works well with just a spritz on the granite and easily wipes clean with paper towel or a cloth. There is a slight smell and it is recommended to wash you hands after using. After using this cleaner, you can put a easy quick shine on the same surface with the Simple Green Stone Polish. Make sure you turn the nozzle to the OFF position as with other household products if your house has little children. Photos attached show bottle and results on granite top. There was slight almost greasy residue left on cabinets but did removed soap and other items off the cabinet with very little effort.

Great everyday cleaner for your stone countertops. This cleaner is for use on granite, marble, tile, limestone, quartz, corian, silestone and more. I have used it on quartz and silestone.
Nozzle has two spray modes. One is a mist and the other one is a stream. Cleaner has a toned downed scent of your typical simple green products without the signature green color. Recommended for use with a soft non-abrasive cloth or paper towels. I used paper towels. Leaves the counters with an amazing shine without any sticky residue. Did a great job getting off residue from my kitchen counters. Even a real tough spot that was under my knife block. For the really tough spots the bottle suggests letting the cleaner soak on the spot for one minute. This worked perfectly. This product is designed to just be a cleaner and can be followed up with a product that polishes.

Goes on easy, comes off with a little more effort
I have had granite countertops in my kitchen for a little more than a year now and have been using glass cleaner – as recommended by the granite installers – to keep it clean. Since the installers recommended a brand that isn’t easy to find locally, I use a generic blue glass cleaner. It does the job quite nicely. However, since it is stone, I was curious to see if having a cleaner formulated for stone would make a difference over the glass cleaner.
The answer is… barely. The attached photos show a before and after. The before shot is a full day of use of the counter, which has been ritually cleaned with glass cleaner. The after shot is one go with the stone cleaner. I had to scrutinize each picture for a while before I was able to truly spot the differences. The most visible difference is that the shot with the stone cleaner is just a little bit sharper in the reflection of the valence and overhead lights.
The stone cleaner requires more elbow grease to remove and at least two more paper towels to achieve a look that is just a bit shinier and more reflective than what the glass cleaner does. You apply it just the same as any other cleaner in a spray bottle. Following the instructions: wipe off with a cloth or paper towel. After three paper towels (opposed to the one that I use for the glass cleaner) there was finally no more wet spots of cleaner.
After cleaning, it does recommend to use the same brand of stone polish. Since I didn’t have that on hand, I didn’t try it out. However, for the amount of effort that you’ll put into cleaning off the counters, you’re better off using some glass cleaner and then using the stone cleaner and polish a few times a month. Since my glass-top stove benefits from a spray of glass cleaner as well… that’s just less effort for me in in the kitchen over all.

Works great
We just remodeled our kitchen and installed granite counter tops. They are fairly new so they are not that dirty. They did have a lot of dust due to construction. I sprayed on the stone cleaner and wiped it off with a soft cloth. There was no streaking and left the countertops clean. As I begin to use the kitchen more, I'm sure that I'll have more use for the cleaner on a daily basis.

works great, no fumes
This is great stuff. It cleans well, leaves my granite with a nice shine, and there's no fumes or scent at all. I've always like Simple Green products and trust that they are less toxic than competitors. This is now our go to for daily cleaning. One nice feature is that the bottle sprays as more of a mist than a stream, so you get a good spread of cleaner over your counter and don't have to rely on either wasting cleaner or spreading it around a ton with your cloth. Doesn't leave streaks either.
