Quality product and it looks good too. This shoe shelf is just what I have been looking for. I had them for a month. I am able to store all my shoes in full view and I no longer have to look in a shoe box to find what I want to wear. I purchased four of these in white because I wanted to convert our smallest bedroom to my shoe room. They are very easy to assemble and the average time took between 25 - 45 minutes (I was down to 25 minutes after the first one). My husband secured each of these to a stud in the wall for safety purposes and as the instructions recommended. I saved tons of money as a do-it-yourself project vs. on custom closet builders.

Poor quality, not worth the amount they charge.
We spent way more on these closet organizers then what these are worth. They rack horribly and just attempting to gently screw in components made the particle board split. The instructions were scattered and near nonsensical like an ADHD squirrel had written them. I think the company depends on the customer not wanting to go through the effort of trying to return a dozen different boxes and just accepting defeat of spending a ridiculous amount on cheap particle board held together with 4 screws.

The directions were crap so vague and for all their different products. Pieces had missing holes and shipments came different days but never informed me I was waiting for other parts
