Can it be used on vinyl siding or just flat surfaces ?

It would probably work but you’ll definitely have a hard time holding it up for any significant amount of time. With the water pressure and weight it’ll get tiresome for sure. I would recommend using a wide angle nozzle for easier use.

Yes, but you have to adjust your unloader valve to reduce the pressure
