Questions & Answers

The product description lists acceptable flange thickness as 1-1/8 to 1-1/2 is this correct?

I am not aware of any wood I-joists with this small of flange thickness. I think it might be an error and should be 2-1/8 to 2-1/2, as this would fit standard wood I-joist flanges.
Asked by: d.white
d. white, I have confirmed this description is correct. I believe you may be thinking of the flange width, where this description is referring to the thickness (vertical dimension of the flange itself). Thank you!
