I would buy at least 6 tubes. Keep in mind this product is $25.00 per tube, but Home Depot has an excellent return policy so even if you over buy you can return the un-openned tubes.

It has been 12 hours and fluid hasn't cured yet. Steps I took: Drilled hole into existing concrete footing, cleaned hole, applied AT-XP fluid, then inserted metal rebar. Checked status today and fluid is still wet & rebar can be moved. Is this product already premixed? Instruction was so vague and small.

I just had this same experience. Turns out, upon slitting open the tube, that it had "bottomed out" with 2 inches of product left, and it was a very dark grey color on both sides of the tube. The stuff in the holes was much lighter color (which I figured was the desired "teal"). Not looking forward to trying to clean out these holes and try the product I should have gone with to begin with.

In my experience with this product, it's a one time use product. Never had success storing the unused portion.

When properly mixed, what is the PSI strength?
Asked by: Mark
We are not clear if you are asking for bond strength or compressive yield strength (or something else), but please see the Test Criteria information on page 75 of the C-A-2018 catalog for complete information (can be found at strongtie.com). Thank you!
