I want to use these to attach two 4X4 pieces at a angle of 135 degrees. Actually this is a deck support vertical post with a 45 degree diagonal brace at the top 2 feet. Can the 90 degree angle be opened up to 135 degrees?

What screws and / or bolts would you recommend using with this product?
Hi! APVA6 angle needs to be installed with SDWS22312DBB wood screws and STN22 hex-head washers. The assembly will have the appearance of a bolted connection even though it is done with wood screws.
