Sounds like you do not have the in flow water connected to silver faucet. Recheck connection
It fits most unless you have a special order size out of the ordinary.
The fresh water input to the spout is from the line that would normally fill the toilet bowl and instead goes to the sink and the drain in the sink goes to toilet bowl. It shuts off when the toilet tank fills to it's normal shut-off level. It's a simple rather clever device when you see how it works. Great if you have no space.
Couldn’t find a toilet that it would fit so I had to return it.
I have read they are having problems with that flush system. You can install a flush tank or adjust your flush valve which may help. Mine sometimes hangs up on the excessive faucet tubing near the flush valve. Try shorting it so it does not touch the unit.
it would only work on a standard toilet, because of how it works with refilling the tank!
Most toilets will work, AS LONG AS the top of the tank accommodates the tray. So, measure the inside and outside dimensions of the tank and compare to the sink, keeping in mind that it can expand and get smaller to fit, if needed.
Yes. It is adjustable.
Yes, it is clean, cold water. The same as what comes out of a regular faucet. The water has not touched the toile tank.
