It fits most unless you have a special order size out of the ordinary.

What turns on and shuts off the water that comes out the spout?

The fresh water input to the spout is from the line that would normally fill the toilet bowl and instead goes to the sink and the drain in the sink goes to toilet bowl. It shuts off when the toilet tank fills to it's normal shut-off level. It's a simple rather clever device when you see how it works. Great if you have no space.

How do we get it to work on Kohlers Cimmaron toilets AquaPiston? It keeps running once we flush.

I have read they are having problems with that flush system. You can install a flush tank or adjust your flush valve which may help. Mine sometimes hangs up on the excessive faucet tubing near the flush valve. Try shorting it so it does not touch the unit.

Will this work with a pressure assist or backflush toilet??

it would only work on a standard toilet, because of how it works with refilling the tank!

Which toilets are compatible with this?

Most toilets will work, AS LONG AS the top of the tank accommodates the tray. So, measure the inside and outside dimensions of the tank and compare to the sink, keeping in mind that it can expand and get smaller to fit, if needed.

Yes, it is clean, cold water. The same as what comes out of a regular faucet. The water has not touched the toile tank.

Arrived on time.Well packaged. At first it seemed a bit flimsy and when put in didn't quite click in but a little pressure and it set in place. Quite the talk of the town. Very very happy with it.

I have a toilet in a really small space off of my kitchen. For years I've grappled with costly renovations to extend the walls to make room for a sink. Along comes SinkPositive. A godsend, and I love it! It's convenient, very easy to install, and provides more than enough running water to wash your hands. In addition there's a nice lip to sit a soap bottle atop. Yay! It would be awesome if it was sturdier but, okay.

We have now had this product for over two weeks. We are very pleased with it. It solved the problem of having the toilet and sink separated into different areas in our master bathroom. Despite some negative review about the quality of the sink, we were impressed with how well it was made. I was actually expecting the thickness of the sink to be less than it actually was. It was easy to install and we use it every day.

As advertised this took very little time to install and it works great. I thought it was a little pricey until I looked at DIY options and by the time you get done buying all the parts, drilling etc. it wouldn't save me a thing. So get this if you want easy with no headaches.

I absolutely love this sink. It does everything I wanted it to do. My only problem is with the 'feel/look' of it. It is light weight plastic and makes me wonder a little how sturdy it is. Over all we love it and it is a great conversation piece. It comes on 2-3 seconds after the toilet is flushed giving you plenty of time to lower the seat and get soap on your hands. So far we have been using it about 6 weeks and don't have a problem with splashing water on the walls and did not have to put up a backing to protect the walls. The soap sits on the side of the sink and the towel hangs beside the sink. Only when the grandkids come and use a LOT of soap do I notice the cloudy soapy look in the bowl water; so for now the grandkids are always remembering to wash their hand after a trip to the bathroom. It was installed very quickly and without special tools and worked the first time tried!

Didn't fit my toilet
Easy to install, however it was too small for my toilet tank (length-wise (?), whichever the shorter measurement is) and there was a bit of open space along the front of the tank that was just open. It does appear adjustable width-wise. My toilet is old so maybe the tank is bigger than modern ones. Of course I see no measurements for width-length in the specs section here so I had no way to prepare for that.

Great concept but very poor quality.
Went to install today on new toilet. Feed Tube from ballcock assembly to faucet doesn't fit, keeps falling off. As suspected you have to do a lot of playing to get it to seat correctly and to keep the lines from interfering with placement. Faucet spins freely which is annoying and unnecessary. If you try tightening it you face the chance of breaking its base. Also it takes some modification to get it to sit flat on existing toilet. In conclusion it is a great concept but very cheap construction and greatly over priced. It needs to be made sturdier and heavier with quality components to be of real value and re-designed to be truly install friendly. Since at present this is the only port in the storm one might find to serve its intended purpose I guess we're stuck for the time being but I would hope another manufacturer would someday produce a similar product of decent quality at a reasonable price.
