I've used them before in other houses but this particular one is in my own house after 40 years my boiler created a crack I replaced it still in the process of putting the new one in and rearranging pipe in a boiler room making it up to date clean efficient great price they last long it puts out a good BTU I have a fairly large house and it does all my need plus I branched out to my garage and workshop area which is separate buildings all on the same unit easy replacement parts if you need, company is always willing to help great job guys thank you!

I purchased this boiler to replace a twenty year old Slant Fin boiler that was still working great in my home. The boiler came with vent damper, circulating pump, and relief valve. This boiler has an upgraded control with an economizer feature that when used monitors thermostat activity and will set the boiler water at higher or lower temperatures depending on demand. This feature can be turned off if preferred. The boiler came pretty much pre-wired with minimal field wiring to do. Upon installation the boiler fired right up and has been working perfectly so far.
