I really love this fountain! It adds so much to my landscaping. The gentle, trickling sound of the water gives our front porch a feeling of serenity and peace. Very inviting. It works very well, although we turn it off when we're not around to maintain the charge of the solar pump. I also like that there isn't an electrical cord so it can be placed anywhere. It was packed well for shipping and arrived promptly.

This product arrived less than a month ago, and it has lived in our backyard since. We have it securely on level ground. I walked outside this morning and the main bowl had sunken into the post. It has never fallen over and has only been upright. I have no idea what happened to it. Home Dept is impossible to get a hold of to try to figure out how to return this item.

Love this solar bird bath fountain. Received it as a birthday gift about 2 months ago. I do wish the solar battery could hold a longer charge because it’s beautiful when it’s on. I have so many birds coming to it for a drink or bath. I even have hummingbirds coming for a drink. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful fountain, looks like bronze. Very easy to assemble and install. The solar powered battery doesn't hold charge very long. It has stopped running even though it is sunny outside, so I turned it off for a while to see if that helps.

Inferior Product.
I purchased this product in April of 2021. I set the fountain up in May of the same year. The battery pack or solar panel only lasted until the end of July, 2021. It no longer works. Just another piece of junk made in China. I would not buy this product.

Hi Mike, sorry to hear that it stopped working. If you have not taken the pump apart and removed the impeller to wipe off the magnet then we would recommend that as it may just need to be cleaned. If you have already done that then please contact us (email: CS@SmartLivingHG.com). Unlike other companies our products come with a 1-year warranty and we stand behind it so rather than have it sit there not working please contact us so we can do troubleshooting and replace whatever part is necessary to get it working again so you can enjoy it. Depending on the amount of debris that falls into the bowl and the algae that naturally grows you may need to clean it more often than expected. To keep it running well wipe the glass off, rinse out the filter, and pull the impeller fan out to wipe off the magnet on the back of the fan. We have a video available in our FAQ section showing how to do that (https://smartlivinghg.com/wp2/customer-service/faq/). We also sell a product called Fountain Fresh that you can order from Home depot by searching for model # 80910R01. It's all-natural non-toxic and prevents algae from growing which keeps the pump cleaner longer. -SLHG

Beautiful to look at but doesnt work
The fountain doesn’t work. We have tried trouble shooting and still doesn’t doesn’t work properly. Beautiful, but fountain is a major fail!
