worthless paperweight

I purchased this in June '21 and it broke in August '22 (just over a year). Luckily I purchased the homedepot protection plan. However, there were no servicers in my area who are able to fix this brand. So I ended up getting refunded the purchase price via the protection plan. However, I am still out $230 (price of the protection plan) and now have a worthless paperweight to dispose of. Seems to be poor quality and not durable. Make sure there is a servicer in your area before purchasing.
