Soap bottle cheaply made
Well I loved this at first but when it comes to my second soap refill the screw on broke off I really wish they had sold this item separately so I do not want to replace the whole thing.

What a Mess!!!!
We've only had this product for a couple of months and the bottle top separated from the bottle and spilled the soap ALL under our kitchen sink. Waste of money!

Poor Material Quality
I've installed this approx 3 years ago and over time the soap started dripping out. I went to clean it out and noticed the spout was completely corroded and eaten away (see photo). The dispenser was just used with dish soap.

I am not ready to replace my entire faucet set, so I bought this as a replacement because the existing soap dispenser bottle would not screw on. I was thrilled to find this quality, single replacement. It was easy to install, works perfectly and matches the faucet just fine. Very happy with my purchase and saved several hundred dollars by not replacing the entire faucet ensemble.

I purchased 4 different soap dispensers....a Glacier Bay, a Moen, a Price Pfister and this Kohler...
I purchased 4 different soap dispensers....a Glacier Bay, a Moen, a Price Pfister and this Kohler one. I installed all of them, tried them out and decided this one was the best choice. It seems well made and had the largest bottle capacity at 16oz. It's annoying to refill these so the larger bottle means less refilling. I usually use a funnel to refill from above the counter. This was difficult to do on all of the models I purchased because the soap was to thick and stuck to the sides of the funnel instead of flowing down the hole into the bottle below. However, I discovered that if I reached below the counter and gave the bottle a couple of firm squeezes, the soap would start flowing smoothly. I probably would've given this 5 stars but the Kohler warranty of 1 year is measly compared to the lifetime warranty offered by the other manufactures.
