A:  Hi.  You just mix it - 1 part to 4 - in your potting soil, grow bags, etc.  Or, you can sprinkle it directly around your inground plants.

    Q:But have a clay/sand yard and prepping for seeing. I was recommended to add compost to help the lawn get nutrients before adding soil and seed. Would this be appropriate?

    A:  It is best not to. Think about grass sod or a lawn grass fertilizer. You also may consider topsoil plant grass seed and cover with straw, it is a good time of year for this.

      Needs work
      My bag came with sprouts, plastic, and a few rocks. I only did three handfuls and had to shift everything because I found so many sprouts and other stuff. If you don't mind that it did not get hot enough to kill off seeds then this works well but for something that claims not to have seeds it's weird to have these kinds of sprouts in it.

        Not seedless like indicated
        When I opened my bag, their were sprouts growing inside of it. Obviously this material was not allowed to get hot enough to kill seeds. I had the same experience as a former reviewer.
