Let there be Light
It was so great the first year especially when our California power outages were happening all the time and it allowed me to charge my phone...But. After the winter, it stopped working! Help, has anyone else experienced this or has a fix?

Works as stated and is a very fun introduction to solar power. Although in fairness the payback period for this device in more than ten years at best (if you do the math smartphones really don't use all the much energy), it's fun to know your small devices have been charged with renewable energy, and can be a nice lifeline to keep small items charged in the event of a power outage. The battery aspect is nice, it will indeed store the electricity generated throughout the day so you can continue to charge even after sunset. Even most home solar systems can't do this without an expensive Tesla or similar battery!
