Don't waste your money
Bought in June and had professionally installed. Worked great for 6 months and then suddenly stopped working - they no longer send out a blue tooth signal that you can connect to. Tried to call customer support because they are warranted for a year - that gets you no where - it redirects you to a tele marketer that tries to sell you a life alert! Very frustrating experience. Home Depot should not offer these for sale.

Ordered Beige, received Camouflage
The speakers are awesome!!! This was our second set. The only problem is we ordered Beige and was sent camouflage. Home Depot offered a small discount but we're really not happy with the camo speakers. This is purely an appearance issue. The speakers perform and sound amazing!

Nice speakers, no customer service.
This is my second pair. The first pair I returned through my local Home Depot. The return went very smooth. I returned them because the powered speaker did not work, but the passive speaker did work. I tried contacting Sound Appeal (through av-express) customer service. I only could leave a voice message which was not returned. I sent three emails to which I had no response. So I returned them and re-ordered.
I am very satisfied with the speakers, now that both work. I have them mounted under the eaves. Plenty of power for covering a 25' x 25' outdoor area at half volume. The bass is better than expected. I suggest using the equalizer function on your music app to get the best sound. They also endured three days of heavy rain without issue. I recommend them, but do not expect any customer service. If you have a problem, do not hesitate, and return them quickly through Home Depot.

These speakers are made well. Installation was easy and it comes with plenty of speaker wire. The volume is excellent. The reason for 4 Stars. When you power the main speaker on and connect to your phone a voice from the speaker says, “ POWER ON CONNECTED” really loud. Emailed Customer Service to see how to change that volume, but received no response.
