Unsatisfied and frustrated
You honestly get what you pay for. This bench is mostly heavy particle board. It came damaged and was missing some hardware. I went to the store and was told they'll send a replacement but I never received it. This was my second time purchasing it because the first time, they sent a completely different product that wasn't even the same color. The instructions were backwards for some steps. This should've inly took about 30 minutes to assemble but because of the poor instructions, it took 2 hours. I constantly had to reverse pieces trying to figure out how it fits together and thought I was stupid when it was actually the manual that was dumb
The only reasons it is a 2 star is 1) it fits 11x11 foldable bins 2) The finish doesnt seem to scratch easily.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend unless you're ready to deal with customer service, get frustrated with an instruction manual, or don't care if the corners are smashed in.

A great sturdy bench
This bench looks great in my front entrance! It’s durable and is a true white. It took me about 2 hours to assemble myself.

I was able to assemble the bench by myself using an ottoman to prop the sides up versus someone holding it while I did the screws. I recently assembled a toy chest for my grandson which was almost identical so was able to use that experience to avoid mistakes. The bench looks good in my laundry room off the garage entry. I made a seat cushion and cut pieces of carpet to put in the cubbies to protect the finish and catch mud and water from shoe bottoms.

It’s sturdy and good size for the price , I have it in my kids room and it’s holding up to my energetic kids quiet well, but it’s just not my style. If they had some thing a more contemporary or modern looking with this length it would have looked more great. Don’t like the feet mostly, easy for things to get lost and accumulate dirt.
