Bougainvillea tree nice and green, no Flowers. Purchased Copper Fungicide Home Depot. Do I mix 2ozs per gallon and pour it on the base of tree? Appreciate response,Jerry

Will this work for fire blight on cherry tree?

Liquid Copper does control fire blight on apple and pear trees, so there is a good chance it will control fire blight on a cherry trees.

Unfortunately, it is most likely not a fungus. It is very likely that it is a mite. There really aren't any miticides available to the homeowner anymore since Cygon was restricted. Neem Oil works good for spider mites but that is not the type of mite on this juniper. You might try looking for a product called Avid Miticide. It's expensive but should control the mites on their juniper. Otherwise, look into calling a professional landscaper who buys and uses miticides from his commercial pesticide supplier.

Liquid Copper Fungicide is not labeled for turf diseases.

Bought an avocado tree which after planted on the ground for a few months was showing leave browning and tip burning. People online advised me it was some kind of root fungus which impedes the tree from absorbing nutrient . So, I bought Liquid Copper Fungicide. It only took me 1 application. Tree is doing well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product, works well I had a serious case of black spot disease on several ornamental bushes and shrubs. I did some research online and found out that these types of diseases are soil borne... meaning you really have to treat the disease at the roots, not by spraying various products on the the leaves themselves. With the liquid copper, I just put an ounce or so into a bucket of water, and poured the solution at the base of each plant, making sure it was thoroughly watered in. Now, you'll need to do this 3 or 4 times over the course of a few weeks, as the diseased leaves die and fall / compost into the soil, taking the disease with them (if you don't pick them off before they fall, or pick them up before they decompose), to get it all treated. Within a month or so, you should see new, healthy leaves coming back to your plant. And for what it's worth, my lawn fertilizer service wanted to charge me $400 to treat my plants. I was able to do this myself for less than $15.
